Starting a Fundraising Program for Your Group

The Pig Pit Fundraising Program makes raising funds easy and fun. First, we have developed an easy-to-use Web based Fundraising Program so you can raise funds from across town or around the globe. Second, we have identified four of our top selling BBQ sauces to enhance your group's sales potential. The limited product offering makes it easier for your group to promote the items and manage the distribution. Product costs are listed at $10 and $15 to make collection of funds easier with more money going to your group. As a bonus, we've included a sample letter for your Fundraising members to use in email letters to their family members and friends. You can modify it to meet your needs.
You'll begin by filling out the Online Account Form. We request this information to help us set up the online account. Once we receive your request we'll be in contact to discuss your program objectives regarding anticipated sales volume, net profit potential, desired program end, and preliminary arrangements for delivery including dates and location.
Upon your direction, we'll establish a secure Online Group Account for you that include your personal User Name and Password. This Group Account is your password-protected area to review, monitor and edit all online orders. You can make adjustments in case someone makes an incorrect entry. Additionally, you'll receive a Group Sales Code. You should share this with your Fundraising Team members so they can enter all their cash orders online. This will help you and your organization with recordkeeping and order entry. No reason you should be burdened with loading everything yourself.
At the end of the program you send us a check for the balance of the order, minus your Group profits, and we'll proceed with delivery of the order. Or, if it's cleaner for your recordkeeping, you can send us the entire amount collected and we'll send a check for the Group profits. It's as simple as that.

Order Placement, Payment and Delivery Information
Easy Order Placement… Online or In Person!
We include printable PDF documents for your team to use as they hit the neighborhood. They may collect orders and money directly from individuals or they may refer them to the easy-to-remember website, ThePigPit.com, where they will find the Fundraisers page with your group name listed in the drop-down menu.
Easy Money Collection!
We provide several options for online order placement. Options for payment include Pick-Up with Sales Code, for your team members and their friends and relatives who may choose to place the order directly and pay with cash for items to be picked up or delivered by the team member at distribution time; Shipping with Credit Card, for those friends and relatives who live outside your immediate area; and Pick-up with Credit Card, for those who live within your local area and wish to pick up the order or have it delivered by a team member at distribution time. Credit card orders are not processed until the completion of the program.
Convenient Delivery!
Upon completion of the Fundraising Program we generate a full account of the entire order for your final confirmation. Credit card orders are then processed and shipped directly from our production facility. Full payment for the balance is required upon your final confirmation. We will then deliver the order to a predetermined location specified by you on an agreed-upon date. You may choose to do this at a public place for order pick-up or have it delivered to a location for your internal distribution methods. It's your choice!
